Can I export my data?

Yes, anytime. Your ideas are yours. Export everything to CSV whenever you want from your account settings. We don't hold your data hostage.

Is my data private?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Cloudflare for protection. We don't sell your data, we don't share it, and we never will.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free. No questions asked.

What happens to my ideas if I downgrade?

Your ideas are safe. If you have more than 10 active ideas, you'll archive the extras. All your scoring data, notes, and history are preserved. You can always upgrade again.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Not happy within the first 14 days? Reach out for a full refund. After that, we can still offer a prorated refund for any unused time.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Pay yearly and save. You can choose weekly, monthly, or yearly billing during checkout.
