By using IdeaBadger, you agree to these terms. IdeaBadger is a trading name of Launchjar Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17001285). Registered address: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

The Service

IdeaBadger is a tool for capturing, scoring, and prioritising ideas. We offer free and paid tiers with different limits.

Your Account

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• One account per person
• You must be at least 16 years old

Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Break any laws
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with the service
• Share account credentials

Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe
• Cancel any time, access continues until period end
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds at our discretion

Your Content

• You own everything you create
• We store it only to provide the service
• Back up your data, we're not liable for loss

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

IdeaBadger is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may close your account any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
